For the month of October 2009 there were 181 sales closed for a total of $30,948,647.  There were 156 MLS listings sold for $24,547,049.  There were 25 non-board sales totalling $6,401,598.

Year to date 2009 - There have been 1,394 listings sold for a total of $251,459,563.  There have been 1,237 MLS listings sold for $215,749,202.  There have been 157 non-board sales totalling $35,710,361.

In October 2008, there were 165 sales closed for a total of $33,940,179. There were 147 MLS listings sold for $23,937,627 and 18 non-board sales totalling $10,002,552.

Year to date 2008 - There were 1,759 sales closed for a total of $328,632,517.  There were 1,552 MLS listings sold for a total of $263,961,322. There were 207 non-board sales closed for a total of $64,671,195.
