Call to Action

Contact your Legislators immediately to oppose
legislation increasing the Real Estate Excise Tax.

The Washington Legislature is nearing the end of its first Special Session, and a proposal to increase the Real Estate Excise Tax (REET) by over $400 million per biennium is still one of the new tax options under consideration.  We are asking REALTORS® to contact their legislators by taking action below to oppose increasing the state REET.
